What determines the cost of a project?
Pricing depends on factors like surface area, materials needed, complexity, and access. For remodels, we'll also consider design changes and any plumbing or electrical updates.
Do you offer flat-rate or hourly pricing?
It depends on the job. Most work is priced as a flat-rate estimate, but smaller maintenance tasks may be hourly. We’ll always clarify up front.
Scheduling & Project Management
How far in advance should I book?
Lead times vary by season. Spring and fall tend to fill quickly, especially for exterior work. Call early to reserve your preferred dates.
Do I need to be home during the job?
Not always. We just need access and clear instructions. For interior work, we prefer someone be available for walk-throughs at the start and end of the project.
What if bad weather affects my scheduled date?
For outdoor services like painting or pressure washing, we’ll reschedule as soon as the weather allows. There’s no rescheduling fee.
Materials & Warranty
Do you provide the paint or materials?
Yes, unless you prefer to supply them. We typically source quality materials from trusted suppliers and include those in the estimate.
Do your services come with a warranty?
Yes. We stand behind our work. If anything isn’t right, we’ll make it right—no extra charge.
